Hi! I’m Laura!

Thank you for taking the time to read a little about my photography and me!

I am a natural light lifestyle photographer based in Virginia Beach, Virginia and am a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. I grew up all over the United States being raised military but I would say my home state is Maryland. I was a competitive figure skater as a child and continued through college. These days, I enjoy my time being a mom, wife, taking pictures, running half and full marathons and painting. As you can see, I like to keep busy!

I have always been in love with practicing the arts whether that be dancing, drawing, painting or taking pictures but my passion for learning all the aspects of photography really didn't begin until I received a deployment gift from my husband, my first DSLR camera. . I began with landscape and nature photography and now I have added lifestyle photography into to my repertoire. 

Photography to me is about seeing those beautiful moments and objects in life and capturing them to cherish forever. I love how I can play with natural light, perspective, color and share what my eyes see to the world.

For my sessions I like to use the natural light, capture those candid moments and keep the shoot relaxed, fun and personable!  I would love to capture those moments for you and your family!
