Cancelation Policy *

CANCELLATION POLICY If the Client cancels the event: More than 2 weeks before the event: deposit is forfeited, but no additional fees are due. Less than 5 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is due. If the Photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded, and the Photographer will assist in finding a suitable replacement if possible.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE *

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE The Photographer retains the copyright of all images. The Client receives a limited license for personal use. Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Client grants Photographer permission to use photos for portfolio, website, and promotional use.

Client does not grant permission for promotional use.

PRINT RELEASE *

PRINT RELEASE The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable print release. This allows the Client to: Download, store, and reproduce the final edited images delivered by the Photographer. Print images for personal use, including gifts to family and friends. Restrictions: Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the Photographer. Client may not sell, license, or publish the images for profit. Photo credit is appreciated when posting online but not required.

PHOTO DELIVERY *

DELIVERY Final edited photos will be delivered to the Client in a private online gallery within 4 weeks of the event date. The Photographer will email a link to the gallery, which will allow the Client to view, download, and share the high-resolution images. The Photographer will store the images in the online gallery for up to one year from the delivery date. After that time, the images may no longer be available, and it is the Client’s responsibility to download and back up all images within that time frame.

MEALS AND BREAKS *

MEAL AND BREAKS (for events over 4 hours) Client agrees to provide a vendor meal if the event exceeds 4 hours. Photographer will take reasonable breaks as needed.

Liability *

LIABILITY Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond their control (e.g., weather, lighting, schedule delays). Liability is limited to the amount paid under this contract.
