Sunny Fort Story Family Session

What a fun session with this family! We even got a bit of hiking in before we started shooting, haha! The access to the beach spot I normally like to use was closed up due to construction so we had a find a new place to park and then hike back to the lighthouse location I was thinking for this family. The two girls did awesome and they were so fun to work with. I love their little personalities! We had to break out the toys and candy but hey, I know if I were having photos taken, it would be waaaaay more fun with candy! It's always fun hanging out with this family and I was so happy do shoot their homecoming and now their family session. It means so much to me when clients return, so thanks so much D family :-). Enjoy!

Cherry Blossom Mini Session Favorites!

This was my first experience with offering 30 minute mini sessions and I would say they were a lot of fun! I learned a great deal more about photoshop and I would love to do this again, yay! I loved starting my first day of mini sessions on a week day where I had very few obstacles (people, cars, buildings) to deal with. I figured out how I wanted the sessions to  flow and when it came to the busy day on Sunday I had things pretty much figured out! I am loving how my job and clients have been pushing me to learn more each time I bring out my camera. I had so much fun and every session was so different! Enjoy a few of my personal favorites!
